BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At the apex of the affairs of UB Tech is a four-man Board of Directors - two each representing the University of Benin and BT Ltd - which handles policy matters and takes major decisions. The directors are as follows:

Representing the University of Benin:

ü       Professor A.O. Okhamafe - Chairman of the Board.

ü       Mrs H.U.N. Chiejina - Deputy Bursar, University of Benin.

 

Representing BT Ltd:

ü       Mr Hector Etomi - Executive Director, BT Ltd.

ü       Mr. Michael Osime -  Chairman, BT Ltd.

The Board was constituted in March 2002.
